Holliston continues to be a desirable town to make your home town. The school system ranks in the top 20 in Massachusetts. The location is close to Boston but it continues to keep its rural charm. Amenities include great restaurants, fun local shops, and a golf course. The most expensive home that sold in Holliston in 2011 sold at $1.2 million. Fifteen homes in Holliston sold for over $700k in 2011 but there were many deals in the $200-300k range.  So when we compare 2011 to 2010, we can see the average house size has increased, the list and sale price has increased over 2010 but the per sq ft sale price has dropped a bit over 2010.  This is consistent with the market in general. And in Holliston # of homes sold has increased over 2010.  Average days on market though, seems to be longer -
