2011 was an interesting year for Medway, Ma in terms of real estate sales. While the least expensive home that sold in 2011 was a cape on Village Street that was in need of major rehab – sold for $112k, Medway had a number of sales on the upper end with one home selling at $1.38 million (a new street off of Ellis in the new development built by Unique Homes.)
