A quick look at the Ashland Real Estate Market for 2011 – shows that the year was a stable one for the town. The per square ft average sale price stayed the same as we compare 2010 to 2011. Great news for Ashland as most metrowest towns slipped just a little as we reviewed similar real estate data.
The range in single family home prices in Ashland was from $110k on Tri Street to $775,500 on Saddle Hill.

While we sold fewer homes in 2011, all other data is fairly flat – supporting the assessment of many realtors – that we’ve reached the bottom and we’re hovering there for a while – Next direction is UP ! We do expect a busy spring in Ashland with rates dropping this week to below 4% for a 30 year fixed loan.
