Attleboro has seen quite an improvement with statistics from 2011 to 2012! In 2011, there were 393 homes sold (this includes single family homes, condos and multi-family homes). In 2012, that number jumped to 438 homes sold. The average price for these homes was $215,185 as compared with $223,880 in 2012. The average number of days on market ( the amount of time it takes to sell a home from listing the home to the time an offer is accepted ) was the only number that remained static. In 2011, the average days on market was 137 and in 2012 the number just went down by one day to 136.Overall, great numbers and improvement for Attleboro! Just in – My 3rd Quarter Statistics – This quarter I sold 4 homes as a SELLER’S Agent (see my buyer agency homes sold below this post)- Average days on market for these homes is 43 days! The average for the past 3 months in these towns is 148 days! So I was able to beat the market by over 100 days!
